- No refunds or exchanges are permitted for Dallas Cowboys United Memberships, all sales are final. If you were double charged, please email us at united@dallascowboys.net
- All discounts are applied in person by purchasing your ticket at the AT&T Stadium Ticket office located outside the stadium on the day of the event. You will need to show your valid online account badge to receive your discount. Discounts are only valid for the card holder.

- You can enter on the Experiences page. If selected, you will receive an email with all necessary information.
- Entrances D and J outside each plaza will have a sign on the left side for United Early Entrance. Please show the security staff your active online account badge.

- Memberships are set on auto-renewal. If your membership fails to renew, you will receive an email stating to purchase a new membership. If you would like to re-purchase a membership and keep the same member ID #, please fill out this form: Membership Merge Request

- By logging into your online account at united.dallascowoys.com. Please make sure to refresh your webpage after entering in your information to make sure it saved.
- Of course, we offer a free version of a membership with online experiences for those overseas. Due to shipping costs, we cannot send fan packs outside of the United States.
- To apply your membership discount during our Exclusive Discount Days, please use the code only sent during the four offered weekends via email. You can use the code at checkout to receive the discount or please present a valid online badge to a Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop to receive a discount.

- You will receive a notice a month before, a week before, and the day of the renewal.
- Please login to your account online where you can select “cancel” to cancel your membership. If you are unable to access your account, please fill out the Membership Cancellation Request
